The aim of the “Likiruoka” project is to promote the use of local food by improving the overall logistics and information flow via a digital service platform. This optimizes the trade between food producers and food buyers by using a low – carbon and cost-effective transport.
Dude participant Vy Trinh researched the supply chain for local food, including the food byers, food producers and logistics companies. Vy wrote a report on the benefits of promoting the use of locally produced food and recommendations on supporting local food production.
